Shipping & Return Policies

Current processing time to ship your order is 1 to 3 business days after payment is received (but please allow for delays during the holidays).  Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service.

Please note that we do NOT ship to P.O. Box.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Item will be sent to shipping address you provided in your order. If you provided the wrong address, we will have to wait for the order to be returned. It will then be shipped back to you at your own expenses.

CANADA(QUEBEC & ONTARIO) ORDERS:

We use Purolator to ship your order with tracking number.

This can take anywhere between 2-10 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

  • $10.00 FLAT SHIPPING RATE.

REST OF CANADA ORDERS:

We use Canada Post to ship your order with tracking number. 

This can take anywhere between 5-15 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

  • $16.00 FLAT SHIPPING RATE.

UNITED STATES ORDERS:

We use Canada Post to ship your order with tracking number.

This can take anywhere between 10-20 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

  • $18.00 FLAT SHIPPING RATE.

DELIVERY DELAYS / CUSTOM FEES

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS ON DELAYED ORDERS. An order will be considered lost after 30 days only (but please allow for delays during the holidays). If you have not received your order after 30 days from the dispatch date, contact us at info@bloocreations.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

 BlooCreations is not held responsible for:

  • Wrong address given by the customer.
  • Package damaged or lost during shipping.
  • Stolen package after delivery.
  • Mistakes made by the shipping provider.

The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.

Rarely packages will be held up in customs, which will cause an extended ship time. We cannot be responsible for unforeseen international shipping delays. In these circumstances we recommend that the buyer reach out to their local post office for shipping updates.

DAMAGES

If you received your product damaged. Please save all packaging materiel and damaged items.  Send us photos of the package and its content, with your order number at info@bloocreations.com.  Once we receive the information, we will contact you to discuss how we may address the problem. 

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellation can only be made before the order is processed.  The majority of our product are ready to ship.  So if you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase .  Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at info@bloocreations.com. Returns must be authorized by BlooCreations. We will gladly accept the return/exchange of items that are defective or incorrect within 30 days from the date of purchase, in their original condition: unwashed and unworn.  Items not in this condition will not be accepted. We do not accept returns or exchange for items on sale, custom/personalized, second hand or from "FRIPERIE/THRIFT STORE" collection. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return (including shipping the product back and shipping out the new product).

Shipping charges are not refundable.  

FRIPERIE/THRIFT STORE (marked Seconde main) COLLECTION

We do not accept any request for reimbursement on items from the "Friperie/Thrift Store" collection. We have thoroughly checked all items. However, if a defect has escaped our vigilance, contact us.  You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the package to exchange your item. Contact us by indicating your order number and a photo of the item.

It is recommended to clean your clothes and articles upon receipt.
